Any shell can be placed in a [[Shell Crusher]] to get crushed into [[Brick]]s, with rarer and more expensive shells usually yielding more bricks than cheaper and more common ones. Crushing any shell takes one hour of in-game time. Several shells are used for [[crafting]], too: [[Black Pipi]]s, [[Small Sand Dollar|Small]] and [[Big Sand Dollar]]s, [[Blue Starfish]], and [[Striped Cowrie]]s.

All shells can be donated to the [[Museum]] for one of its five shell collections. Donated shells are shown inside the large aquarium on the [[Aquarium Plaza]].
