The Weather Contraption is the first project available on Aamy's Project Workbench and the first building the player constructs for their farm. The project becomes available on Day 3 when Aamy gives the player her quest The Weather Contraption. Once completed, the Weather Contraption predicts the weather for the next day and can be upgraded to dispense Balls of Sun and Ether Crystals.
Obtaining
The project is activated automatically after the player speaks with Aamy and costs 100 
and the following materials:
Wood (30)
Copper Bar (2)
Rope (5)
After the player deposits the required materials to Aamy's Project Workbench, Aamy will install the Weather Contraption overnight after the player falls asleep and will send the player the Weather Panel that can be placed on any back wall inside their house and will show the weather for the next day.
Upgrades
Once the Weather Contraption project is completed and paid in full, Aamy will add two upgrades for it to her workbench: the Solar Panel Wings that collect the energy of the sun and dispense a Ball of Sun every three sunny days and Ether Collector that condenses Ether from the air and dispense an Ether Crystal every seven days. Both items are not obtainable elsewhere and are used for crafting or building projects.
When both upgrades are completed, the player will get the project to upgrade their Weather Panel to significantly reduce the time it takes to produce Balls of Sun and Ether Crystals: to one sunny day and every three days respectively.
