Gate is an outdoor furniture item that can be placed on the ground and used to create entrances to fenced off areas. It takes up an 1x1 area and will attach itself to any fence posts it is placed next to. A gate can be interacted with to open and close it.
Gate can be crafted in the menu using the following:
