The Cursed Eve Rune

The Cursed Eve Rune is a singular Story quest in Everafter Falls.

This quest is received when the player navigates to the Portal Island and walks into the Rainbow Pixie in front of the portal arch. The Pixie will drop the cursed rune and the quest will unlock.

The player must talk to Dawn about the cursed rune they found.

Dawn will explain that the portal used to take the residents to a sacred place but now she is unsure of where it will lead them.

To find out the curse must be lifted from the rune, and to lift the curse the player must obtain a Moonflower.

Dawn explains that there is a Moonflower that grows at the end of each season, but luckily Tobias should have one handy for this special occasion.

The player must now speak with Tobias, who tells the player they had a feeling the Moonflower would be needed.

He gives the flower to the player who must now return to Dawn.

Talking to her with the Moonflower and the Cursed run in the players inventory prompt her to take the items, explaining she will need the rest of the day to work on cleansing the rune.

After the player sleeps they will receive a letter in the mail from Dawn stating that the rune is cleansed and can be picked up.

When the player speaks with her she will give them the Rune and explain it must be inserted into the pillar near the portal.

Finally she will offer the choice between three Unique Rings. Stone of luck, Gwen’s Light, and Flash. The quest is completed after the player makes their choice.

Trivia

The quest is technically completed after the player gives Dawn the Cursed Eve Rune and the Mooflower, however the player must still receive the Rune from Dawn in order to proceed.
