Elf Shroom is a wild mushroom that can be foraged during Spring. A Elf Shroom patch can spawn anywhere in Everafter Falls and has a maximum size of three mushrooms. Elf Shroom can also randomly grow in a Shroom Terrarium or the Golden Shroom Terrarium.

Elf Shroom can be donated to the Museum as part of its Shrooms Of Everafter collection, sold, or used as an offering in any Pixie Shrine. (Using a mushroom as an offering grants +5% bonus chance to attract a pixie compared to using crops or fruit of the same value.)
