Job
Jobs are optional timed quests that are obtained by interacting with the community board outside of the Blacksmith in Everafter Falls. Jobs do not affect the game's story and are completely optional. All jobs are timed and offer coins as rewards.
Basic
Jobs can be unlocked starting from Day 5 of the player's first season in Everafter Falls when Bram asks the player to help him with a Community Job Board. The Job Board will be set up the morning after the player completes Bram's quest.
Once the Board is set up, it offers a selection of five random jobs for the player to choose and accept if they wish to. The available jobs refresh every five days. The player can have up to three jobs active at a time. All jobs have a time limit they must be completed by; once accepted, a job cannot be cancelled and will only disappear from the player's Journal if they complete it or let it expire.
All jobs offer money as a reward. Jobs are not handed it automatically: once the requirements are met, the player needs to find the character who posted the job and talk to them to collect their payment.

The gold reward listed for every job is base; the actual reward is calculated based on that value using the following formula: actual reward = base reward + 0.25 * base reward * (current year number * 4 + current season number); with season number starting at 0 for Summer and ending at 3 for Spring.
