Sorry you got throttled by the abuse filter! We had a huge spam attack on the wiki and had to disallow creating new pages in main namespace for new users. You only need any three edits anywhere to be able to create new pages. (Making these edits to your own user page should be fine too.) - Kalinka (talk) 16:27, 15 July 2025 (EDT)
