Black Alpaca is a rare animal that can be raised on the player's farm in a Small or Big Barn. Black Alpacas produce Black Alpaca Wool that can be processed into Black Alpaca Thread to be used in crafting.

A baby Black Alpaca can be received from Hersha after the player completes all cooking collections at the Bakery and speaks to her to claim her reward. A baby Black Alpaca can also be randomly obtained in a reward letter for handing in a rare white pigeon to Pip.

Care and products

A Black Alpaca will not age or produce items until it is assigned to a nest inside a barn.

An alpaca 14 days old or younger is considered a baby and will not produce anything until it reached 15 days in age. Adult black alpacas produce two clumps of Black Alpaca Wool when their coat is full. The wool can be harvested by interacting with the alpaca. Alpaca's coat will grow back in three days after it is sheared.

Black Alpacas do not need to be fed; however, feeding an alpaca its favorite food will make it drop a clump of alpaca wool even if its coat has not fully grown back yet. Every animal can only be fed once per day.
