Everberry Juice is a potion that can be placed into a Pixie Shrine or the Town Pixie Shrine to always attract a regular Pixie the next morning.
Everberry Juice can be crafted in the menu using the following:

Everberry Juice can also be bought at Dawn's Potion Shop for 3,000

Uses
Everberry Juice is generally used as an offering to attract pixies at Pixie Shrines since it is always guaranteed to attract a regular pixie, with a very small chance (~1%) to attract a rainbow pixie instead.
One Everberry Juice is required to complete Daisy's quest Their Favorite Food.
