Ether Crystal is a special resource and consumable item that is produced by the Weather Contraption after it is upgraded twice to the Ether Collector level.
Obtaining
The Weather Contraption upgraded with Ether Collector will produce an Ether Crystal every seven days. An Ether Crystal is ready when an indicator appears on the player's Weather Panel inside their house; the crystal can be collected by interacting with the panel. The time required to create one Ether Crystal can be reduced to three days by building the Weather Panel Upgrade.
Ether Crystals can also be crafted by processing three Balls of Sun in an Alchemy Machine.

An Ether Crystal can be placed in hand and used on any busy machine to finish its production instantly and output 5x of the product.
