Blue Lake Frog is a common tiny frog that can be caught in the wild with a Bug Net or hatched from a Small Tadpole placed into a Critter Terrarium for one day.
Blue Lake Frog can be donated to the Museum as part of its Tiny Frogs collection. Once Blue Lake Frog is required to complete Cedric's quest The Blue Frog.
