Bottle of Starlight is a potion that permanently increases the player's maximum HP by 10 points when consumed.
Bottle of Starlight can be obtained as a common reward for freeing Pooklets inside the portal dungeons. This potion can also be obtained as a random reward for ninth or later round of Meal Service cooking minigame. (Both pooklet and Meal Service rewards can be rerolled by restarting the game day.)
Additionally, a Bottle of Starlight can be received from Tobias as a reward for completing Pink Honey or purchased from Cid during the annual Snow Fest for eight Bottles of Snow.
