Tadpole is a critter that can be placed into a terrarium to transform it into a mid sized frog in two days. Tadpole can be caught while fishing (1.36% chance) or produced by two adult mid sized frogs in a Critter Terrarium.
When placed in a terrarium, a Tadpole can turn into one of the following:

Heroic Dune Frog (16.96%)
Dire Pup Frog (13.57%)
Spotted Isle Frog (12.11%)
Arrow Spice Frog (12.11%)
Killer Whale Frog (9.69%)
