Flutter Flower
Flutter Flower is a flower that can be grown from a Sacred Blossom planted in the untilled soil on the farm or in the Sacred Tree area. A Flutter Flower has a 5.63% chance to sprout from a Sacred Blossom.
A Flutter Flower can also be grown from a Flutter Flower seed created by placing mature flowers into a Seed Creator. Once obtained from the Seed Creator, Flutter Flower Seeds can be purchased in the Plant Catalogue for 300 
.
Farming
A Flutter Flower will grow during any season and takes three days to grow. A fully mature Flutter Flower plant can be picked up by holding the pick up button to get its flower; picking the plant up destroys it.

Uses
Flutter Flowers can be sold or placed into a Seed Creator to make more Flutter Flower Seeds. One Flutter Flower can be donated to the Museum as part of its Flowers collection.
