Box Tree
Box Tree is a tree that grows in the wild and can be planted on the player's Farm. Box Trees can be harvested for wood or tapped to get Box Resin, an important ingredient for crafting Super Glue.
Planting
Box Tree seeds can be obtained by cutting down fully grown Box Trees (50%). A Box Tree Seed also has a small chance to drop from cutting a grass clump with a sword. Box Tree saplings can be grown from seeds or picked up when they randomly spawn in the wild. Box Tree sapling can also be purchased in the Plant Catalogue for 300 
.
A Box Tree Seed or a Box Tree Sapling can be planted in untilled soil on the player's farm or most other map locations. A seed or a sapling will grow into a mature tree in 12 or 11 days respectively. For the tree to fully mature, its eight surrounding squares have to be kept empty of other trees; if a tree seed or a sapling is planted close to another tree, it will not grow past the second sapling stage.

The leaves of a Box Tree will change color depending on the current season, and a Box Tree will lose its leaves during winter.
Products
A Box Tree can be cut down with an axe to get wood, with the amount of wood dropped depending on its growth stage. Additionally, a fully grown Box Tree has a 50% chance to drop one Box Tree Seed when it is cut. If left alone, a Box Tree stump has a 3% chance to grow a random wood mushroom every morning.
