Totonut

From Everafter Falls Wiki

(Redirected from Totonut Sapling)

Totonut is a tree fruit that can be grown on a Totonut Tree planted at the farm. Totonut Tree saplings can rarely appear for sale at Freya's during spring; they can also be purchased in the Plant Catalogue for 300 . A Totonut sapling can be purchased at Snow Fest for 200 tickets.

A wild Totonut Tree can be found in the backyard of Cid's House's that becomes accessible during Grass Cutting. Two other wild Totonut Trees are in the northwestern section: one at the western edge of the walkable map above the waterfall, the other on the isolated island across the river from the beach. Both trees are reachable with a fishing rod with enough casting distance; however, the second tree is so far away it requires using an Epic Fishing Rod with the Red Fishing Mod attached.

All Totonut Trees, both wild and farmed, fruit all year round.

Farming

A Totonut sapling can be planted outside or inside a Greenhouse and takes 15 days to grow into a fully mature Totonut tree. For the tree to fully mature, its eight surrounding squares have to be kept empty of other trees; if a tree seed or a sapling is planted close to another tree, it will not grow past the sapling stage. The tree will grow during any season.

A fully mature Totonut tree will produce one Totonut every nine days all year round. The fruit can be harvested by shaking the tree, using a Yummyberry Juice, or casting a fishing rod.

A Totonut Tree will drop Wood when cut down with an axe, with the amount of wood depending on its current growth stage.

Uses

Harvested Totonuts can be sold or processed into oil to be used in cooking and crafting. One Totonut can be donated to the Museum as part of its Tree Fruits collection.
