Fishing for a Fun Guy is a singular side quest in Everafter Falls. The quest is received upon waking up on the first day. The quest serves as a brief tutorial on how to use a fishing rod for collecting items.
To begin the quest, the player must speak with Calvin. Calvin will explain that he is a fisherman but unfortunately cannot spare a rod to the player, instead offering them some Rope to craft one. The player can use the rope and ten pieces of wood to craft a Dinky Fishing Rod.
