Water Tree is a tree that grows in the wild and can be planted on the player's Farm. Water Trees can be harvested for wood or tapped to get Water Sap.
Planting
Water Tree seeds can be obtained by cutting down fully grown Water Trees (50%). A Water Tree Seed also has a very small chance to drop from cutting grass clumps with a sword. Water Tree saplings can be grown from seeds or picked up when they randomly spawn in the wild.
A Water Tree Seed or a Water Tree Sapling can be planted in untilled soil on the player's farm, inside a Greenhouse, or most other map locations. A seed or a sapling will grow into a mature tree in 16 or 15 days respectively. For the tree to fully mature, its eight surrounding squares have to be kept empty of other trees; if a tree seed or a sapling is planted close to another tree, it will not grow past the sapling stage.
