Stats, or attributes, are player's characteristics that determine the extent of various things they are able to do. Each attribute has a value assigned to it; the higher the number is, the stronger the player's given capability is. The player's attributes can be improved through various equipment and stat potions.

General stats

Luck

The player's Luck stat primarily affects the player's chance to get an extra item copy from most sources (farming, fishing, foraging, gathering processed items from machines, and so on). When the player's luck procs, they will get a copy of the item they have just received, and a red icon will appear on the screen.

Luck also affect the following actions; however, most of the time the effect is minor:

Luck can be increased by drinking Bottles of Snow or equipping jewelry that increases the stat either naturally (most notably Everafter with the highest Luck bonus in the game) or with Luck Orb or Luck Orb + slotted in it.

The maximum effective Luck the player can have is 300; the stat can be raised higher but any increase past 300 luck will have no effect.

Movement Speed

Movement speed is a general stat that determines how fast the player can traverse map locations. Higher movement speed will allow the player to spend their time more effectively, evade enemy attacks in the dungeons more easily, and complete the cooking minigame faster.

Movement speed can be increased by drinking Bottles of Lighting or equipping jewelry that increases the stat either naturally (like Flash that is available early in the game and grants a significant bonus) or with Haste Orb or Haste Orb + slotted in it.

Combat stats

These stats are only useful in combat against monsters and bosses and have no practical use outside the dungeons.

Health Points

The player's HP, or Health Points, determine how much damage the player can take from monsters and traps in the dungeons. Every enemy or trap hit takes some of the player's HP off, and when HP reaches zero, the player gets rescued from the dungeon by a Spooklet, ending their day (or ending their run of DungeonVR). HP can be restored by drinking a Health Potion or a Greater Health Potion, by the player's Pet if it has the Healing Bond skill unlocked or by a Support Drone if it has any upgrade points assigned to healing. The player's HP is also fully restored when they go to sleep to end their day and save the game.

HP can be increased by drinking Bottles of Starlight or equipping jewelry that increases the stat either naturally or with Life Orb or Life Orb + slotted in it.

Attack Power

The player's Attack Power determines how much base damage they inflict when hitting enemies with a sword and how much damage is dealt by their Pet's Water Bolt and their Support Drone's lasers.

Farming stats

Max Pet Queue

The number in Max Pet Queue stat determines how many consecutive tiles can be queued for the player's Pet to dig out or water. That number can only be increased by eating Pet Training cards and equipping jewelry that gives bonus to this specific card, all Pet cards, or all cards in general.

Pixies Bounded

The number in Pixies Bounded stat determines how many pixies the player can have actively working for them at the same time. Only the pixies placed on natural objects or machines count towards the stat, and the pixies inside tapping kits or pixies currently stored in pixie bottles do not count. The bounded pixie limit can only be increased by eating Pixie Friendship cards and equipping jewelry that gives that card a bonus.
